Hotel Oberstdorf

This hotel is a perfect base for those who love nature, with its proximity to the main tourist areas and the breathtaking views from the rooms. the rooms are spacious and elegantly designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation. the bathroom facilities are ultra-modern with oversized showers, and the service is impeccable - staff speak English fluently and are young, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast is a highlight of the day with a generous buffet and plenty of variety. Facilities include a spa and pool with access to a large sauna area, very close to a ski area.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's no problem if you have a car or don't mind a walk.

One front desk person and one waiter was very helpful but the rest where rude. One waitress even added drinks to our bill that we did not order. I do not believe it was an accidental error.

It was a nice place to stay. Everythong was fine.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, as it was so close to the main touristy areas but far enough away to provide a peaceful escape. I especially enjoyed how close it was to the Familienberg Söllereck ski area, making it convenient for me to hit the slopes. The staff here was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even moving me to a room with a better view of the mountains upon request. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was very close to the ski area and the main touristy areas, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. We loved the large sauna area just outside the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms and main facilities. The staff was friendly and helped us with our vegan dietary requirements. And of course, the breakfast buffet with its wide range of options and Belgian chocolate spread was a highlight.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Best Value for a Weekend Escape!

Great views from the rooms and the spa area. the spa area was very relaxing and had all the essentials you may need. the hotel is located near some great hiking trails for nature lovers.

The staff were not very friendly, we had to figure out things on our own. the breakfast was poor quality, very few options for vegetarians and it wasn't well stocked.
